Save Big Money home improvement credit card

Sorgy

Question

Guy's and Gal's,

We are currently working on a guest cabin up Nordt wink I have a Home Depot card and they are always sending out 1 year interest free cards on purchases over 299. Does Menards do the same? I know all about the incredible interest rates they charge especially if you do not pay off the debt in the appropriate time frame grin It would be nice for the big purchases we have to make. Framing lumber, Roof Trusses, Roofing, Siding ect.

Thanks for the help

Steve

Menards does this also. When we built our garage we used the card and kept the our money in the bank and built up a little interest and used the card for all purchases. We made sure we paid off the balance before the year was up so we didn't get hammered by the insane rates. It was nice to have everything on that one card to make returns, etc, much easier. We also got 2% back at the end of the year in store credit.
