This really sucks that they are dropping the charges. I can't believe that this is the reason of dropping the charges. Usually it is some technical procedure thing the officer forgot to do, but from the sound of it the officer dotted his i's and crossed his t's.

I would bet that if you add up all the fines that these guys should have received it would easily pay for the time to prosecute them.

Interesting that some of the accused were harrasing one of the witnesses.

Things like this just really tick you off, what do you guys think?

This does sound bad...but before I nail the prosecutor and judge to the wall I would like to hear their side of the story, and why these charges were dismissed.

If you read the article it stated that it was due to lack of funding in the courts and magistrate to process the case and for the trial. I am thinking it is a little bit of an inside job myself.

Either way it is just not right!!
