going to twins game

My family and I are going to a twins game this week and had heard you are allowed to bring some of your own food and beverage into the game. Not looking at bringing in a grill with cooler of beer but was hoping to bring stuff for my kids so that i can get them to sit though at least half of the game.Anyone know for sure??

You can bring water in original sealed bottles and any pretty much any kind of food you want as long as the containers couldn't be used as weapons.

Enjoy the game, should be a great series against the Sox. We'll be there on Thursday.
