GPS/Sonar

I'm checking for a buddy.

What's the best GPS/Sonar combo unit out there (used I'm sure) for about $200-300?

Do you LMS 522c owners like that unit?

I have the 520c and it has always worked great for me. It might be tough finding a Lowrance for that price range unless someone is trying to upgrade to a new model and wants to part with one.

You (or your buddy) might want to check out the Eagle line of GPS units as well. They can run a bit cheaper than the Lowrance with only a few less features. I know a guy who picked one up this spring and he said he likes it a lot.

I have the 522c and I really like it have never had the problems other people have had.

I have the 522c and love it. Had it now for two full seasons 100+ days on the water each summer and never had an isue with the unit.

had mine for only a year and half and startin to act up on me now. after 10 to 15 min my screen just goes blank with lights still on. gotta call lowrance now.
