Beginning June 2, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will accept comments or requests for public hearings on the adoption of regulations that govern certain commercial and recreational fishing activities as well as harmful exotic species.

The 30-day comment period is required for the adoption of state regulations and follows a comment period that was held last August, when the proposed regulations were announced.
