Guys need your help. Not sure how many fish the north metro lakes, but they have come way up in the last couple weeks.

My thoughts and previous experience down south are this should bring the fish up as well but so far thats not what im finding. I just finished a tourney and all winning weights were caught deeper. Whats with that?

Water levels have been up for almost 2 weeks now Pond weed is dieing, I would think they should be in the slop by now but thats not what im seeing.

What are yoru thoughts?

Deep fish on good spots are going to stay on the good spots whether the water comes up a foot or not. Shallow fish might push up with the rising water, but my deep fish, relating to structure, should stay with that structure. One of the best things about deep fish is they are more predictable and less affected by quick changing conditions.
