MN Shutterbug
I just noticed that my pump wasn't working in the pool in my garden. I first checked the outside outlet with a tool, and nothing happened. So, I proceeded to run a longer cord into the garage so the pump would work. Well, that outlet didn't work either. Neither of my outside outlets or any of my garage outlets are working. I checked the breaker box and none of the breakers were tripped. I just bought the house a little over 2 months ago and from day 1, the 2 light bulb sockets in the garage didn't work. I ignored it since it wasn't that big of a deal at the time. The house is 20 years old and I can't imagine there would be a separate box for just the garage and outside outlets, especially since the main box has plenty of free slots. Everything in the house works just fine. Does this make sense to anyone? Never mind. I moved some stuff around out in the garage and found an outlet with a reset switch. That took care of the problem.
