Highbanks Resort

Has anybody stayed in their cabins in the summer time. Just wondering if it is a good place to go for a family in summer. Is there a place to swim and things like that. Thanks for any advice.

Slade247 I have been through the resort many times during soft and hard water and it really looks like a first class operation. Rick and Kim are some really good people and will go out of there way to help you. The beach part might be a little tough right in front but call Kin just in case my memory is wrong. For some reason I thought it was kinda rocky but I know there is sand close by and if you take a boat ride there is a very cool spot with tons of sand at the entrance to Cut Foot Sioux. Thanks for the help, I was there ice fishing and have a summer trip planned with the family and I thought the same thing about rocks by the water. But I guess we will see. Thanks again.

If the lake is too rough or you want to take a midday break/picnic go back into Cut Foot and you will find some nice sandy spots for the kids to play on the beach.
