MWellner
Tim L just posted on this, no replies.Im not in the market for a new trolling motor right now, but it would be my only option if its too expensive to fix, anymore than $200.I just picked my dads older autopilot up at his house in Bemidji. Its about a 1994 or something. He says its the head unit that went out.I am in Hutchinson, any place to fix them or just buy a new head. How much am I looking at for a new head?Theres a place in Mankato isn't there?

Surface Tension
Theres a circuit board on the base($150), head ($?) and foot control($50) Before you go buying parts tell us what its doing wrong. The plug for the foot control to the base can be dirty also.[This message has been edited by Surface Tension (edited 04-19-2003).]

Guest
I've never opened one before. See if you can isolate the motor from the wiring somewhere, use a 12VDC battery charger and see if the motor works. ------------------Good luck.
