Canadian Lake GPS Maps

Hey Everyone,

We are making a trip to Lake Minnitaki in Mid-July.

Does anyone know if there is a chip that is made for any GPS unit for Canadian lakes? Specifically Minnitaki. I have an Lowrance H2OC. I have looked on the Lakemaster HSOforum and haven't been able to find anything.

Please let me know if this is something that can be bought in Canada, or anywhere for that matter.

Check out the Navionics lake HSOforum. They have a canada chip and a list of the lakes it covers. Some are "high def" with 1 ft. bottom contours.

Where are you staying? We just got back from there and planning another fall trip. We stay at Donneley's Minnitaki Resort on the arm. Great place. Holler if you need any advice. I also have the chip for the lake, via Navionics. It is pretty darn accurate, although lake levels fluctuate of course.

We are also going to Donneleys.

It is my first trip, but the group has been going for years, and love it.

I bought the Navionics chip and I like what I have seen.

Did you jig or troll or both?
