I have a Navionics Premium (SD/PREM-C2) April 2006 and I have a guy that wants to buy it from me and asked if it's good for LOW on the US and Canada and all of Ontario. I cant remember what it all does I'm thinking all of Canada but hate to sell it unless I know for sure.

Best way to know for sure is to put it in your GPS and see what it shows for LOTW.

Nav used to sell a LOTW +2K map card, which I think you needed for LOTW (ie. I don't think LOTW was on the other Nav cards at that time).
