Walleye Opener

Good luck to all anglers on the start of the 2010 walleye opener on the 15th. Remember be safe. I will be hitting Lake Gogebic on Sat, where is everyone else going?

Greg, I hit GOGO with the old man, couple smallies, couple northern and one eye came in the boat. It was one of the least productive trips I've ever experienced out there.

Yeah I agree Shiner... It was and continues to be a tough bite. I started hitting the rivers and been having pretty success in doing so. It feels good to be trout fishing again. I grew up on the Black and spent most of my early days fishing it down to Ramsay Park. I am going to walk from 2nd creek to Sanders bridge this weekend and see how I do.
