Public Compost Drop Off Site in West Metro

My 20-year old compost pile (leaves and grass) needs to be disposed off. No more room for new. Minnetonka only takes leaves. Are there any public drop off sites in the west metro that takes leaves/grass? I know my waste hauler will pick up weekly. Are there any haulers that will drop off a dumpster or similar for compost?

That's valuable stuff to some, try giving it away, then you wont have to go through the work of picking it up and hauling it.

If you are in tonka, take a short drive to Plymouth, they have a big yard in the back of their city garage, I see people bring there yard waste there all the time, they also go there to grab some dirt also. I dont know if you have to live in Plymouth to dump there or not.
