The national park of the mississippi river from ramsey to hasting has lost Freddie the flathead catfish keep an eye out and you could end up with some prizes.

Do they not know there are no flats above the CR dam. Or is this a stunt like the WKRP turkey drop were they swore they did not know that turkeys could not fly? Did they drop Freddie in above the CR dam?

From what I saw on KARE11 this morning, Freddie is a guy in a catfish costume running around town. He was at the MOA this morning.

I would like to see him running around on a sandbar come July. Now THAT would be news worthy.

Thanks Dtro. I thought this was another thing like last year were they tagged a flathead and dropped him/her in at a certain point for fisherman to catch and report back. Makes much more sense now.
