relief in driveway formerly claimed by new neighbor

seems nice to know that some things never get thrown away

the people we purchased our shop property from in 1983 still have unrecorded contract for deed from purchase. This was paid to be recorded to a local lawyer.

purchase agreement and warranty deed etc .all were still intact and guess what??

the same lawyer used to block us from using the same driveway that we purchased in 1983 was making him some money again.he simply forgot he represented the seller to us back than.

little mistakes that have caused us grief not to be imagined.Loss of use ,an attitude that will keep us from ever greeting our new neighbors again, including a lawsuit against them.

a lawyer double dipping -both giving a driveway on a warranty deed from 1983, and than 28 years later trying to keep us from using it from his lack of memory

so my fine customers we are once again open for business-my favorite kind of business Boat and Gear.

thanks for letting this run for advise before, and please everyone make sure that real estate lawyer's get the job done

we never had to put any monies into defense [which should have been referred to as offense.

but we did sue for loss of income and personal use,and will have to see how much damages the courts allow

god forgives but we dont forget, maybe someday we can forgive also

its sad as in the community lots of persons have become offended by the new neighbors actions

my children wont even greet them and my children's friends have been told to respect them, the neighbors as they probally took advice from their lawyer

Judge Judy tv show contacted us about airing our differences but don't think we want to go to LA for this reason

this web site gets so much attention its incredible

Always get a survey before you purchase and never throw anything away
