If you want to weigh in on the proposed changes to bear baiting and bear outfitter requirements you must do so by May 21st ...check it out on the DNR HSOforum-public input-rulemaking-wildlife rules...this is the final comment period for these new proposed rules...it also includes some changes to muzzeloader hunting, trapping, waterfowl...etc...
