DIshwasher making noise

Our dishwasher started to make a squealing noise yesterday. It does it when you first turn it on as it is filling with water. It does not do it all the time. It does kind of sound like a bearing because when I turn it off the sound will continue on for a second or two until the spinning stops.

The dishwasher is 15 years old, so maybe it is time for a new one, or is it maybe a simple fix?

Any ideas? Thanks.
