Brandt Lake Fishing Reports

fished the west side tonight from 5pm to 9pm

had one big northern on the camera take my jig twice but wasnt able to set the hook, every time he would take the jig and minnow he would just spit it out

had another large fish, I am guessing another northern right up to the hole, but when I went to get his head started up the hole my line snapped and away he went, was a nice battle up until that point too

access was really good and lots of vehicle tracks to move around on

Talked to a couple of buddies who fish Brandt and it's been decent there right before dark.

i haven't heard much on brandt other than some eater sized cats biting.
