F-350 tires

Recommended Posts

Just wondering what everyone is running and how they like them. The horse needs some new shoes and I might try a different tire. How many miles do you get out of your tires. I realize higher mile tires are a little harder and traction on snow and ice isn't so good but a I would still like to get some good miles on them.

I installed General Grabber HTS on my Ram 2500 and I cannot be any happier, they are a 50,000 mile rated tire, excellent on snow and ice, very quiet, not so great on mud, but I use it on highways 99.5% of the times, I can accept less traction on mud.

Price was $ 145.00/each for 265/70/17 + install

I had General brand in the past and they lasted many miles while giving excellent performance.

Do a search for this subject, it's been discussed many times, and many people will pitch in with theyr thoughts.

Be sure to buy LT tires or at least load range E 10 ply tires, your truck will require them.
