The cat season has been closed today after hunters have killed a total of 40 cats which includes 16 toms & 24 females. The season opened on the 1st of the year. That's pretty close to one a day average. This tells me there is still a healthy, if you may, population of them in the Hills. Could see a jump in the quota next year.
