So my brother in law wanted me to build him an ice fishing rod with an Irish theme. He really didn't say much more than that besides just to get creative. So here is what i came up with. He wanted a split grip walleye rod. It is a fiberglass blank so it has a slower action for jigging spoons. The guides are Fuji and it is a Pac-Bay reel seat. I also added some shamrock decals to the chrome part of the reel seat. Here are a couple pics of the Irish rod:
