How to freeze fish

Ziploc, water to cover filets, dash of salt and then squeeze all the air out.

We always vacuum seal our Salmon, and we do the ziplock bag and water for the rest of our whiter fish. I recommend puting the fillets on a cookie sheet, and put them in the freezer with wax paper over them, let the fillets natural juices freeze in them. Then put the frozen fillets into the cold water baggies and get as much air out as you can. Then freeze.

put fish in a freezer bag then add water into the bag covering all the fillets. remove all the air on the top of the bag n freeze er she'll be good as can be when you thaw n rinse em.
