barometer for wheel house

I am trying to buy a barometer for my wheel house. I know online is the way to go but does anyone sell these in stores anymore?? Everyone over 60 has one in there house just wondering were they get them.

Any store that sells "cabin" furnishings should have them, as should most larger hardware/home stores in the same section as thermometers.

Another place should be a marine store, with an emphasis on larger sailboats. Check the big auction site too...there should be some pretty cool looking ones that may fit the look of your interior. I bought my dad one for his sailboat a few years back, and it wasn't much more than 10 or 15 bucks.

If you are in the market for a GPS also, many of the garmin models have a barometric altimeter included. I've checked mine and it seems to be right on.

I have a Minn Kota MKA-40 Fishing Barometer that seems to work pretty good. It was around $20.00 when I purchased it last summer at FF.

I'm only 54 and I have one in me wheelhouse, it's been in there for 5 years so that would have made me 49, but I still plan on having it when I am sixty. I bought my hang-on-the-wall fishing barometer a lot of years ago in the fishing dept. at Fleet Farm.
