thinking of buying a camera

I recently purchased the cabela's advanced angler II camera, seemed very finicky and after an hour and a half, the first time out, the screen went completely white and tried for days to get a picture back on there with no success. It went back to the store and will not get another one. Thinking about purchasing the aqua vu quad 4. I like the idea of the 360 view. Anybody have this camera and can you give me your likes and dislikes about it or your reviews would be greatly appreciated.

We had the use of one when we rented from Appeldoorn's they are really neat. I have the Aqua Vu Scout and have found that they are only really useful at seeing things towards the bottom of the lake. If you are ice fishing and you lower it down to 25 FOW in say 35 FOW all you can see is white. I do like the newer aqua vu cameras that have the lights built in (mine only has the infrared)although your view is somewhat limited at night. I very rarely use mine in open water, too much hassle. Reeds had them on sale halfway thru the winter last year and I was very tempted to buy the quad and sell mine. There is another thread under ice fishing about cameras, you might want to check it out. Seems alot of the guys prefer the Marcum cameras.
