TUMBLEWEED Posted June 18, 2002 Author Share Posted June 18, 2002 I went to the DNR site and did some digging.It states that all plants found in public waters are the property of the state,(no big surprise)!! Anyway, you are not allowed to transplant them, but are allowed to gatherthem for personal use,without getting a permit.
