getting started with ice rod project

I just wanted to pass on a thank you to midwest rod and reel. A buddy and I stopped in just to see what all the fuss about building rods was about. We thought we might get an ice rod blank. WOW not only did we get the blank, but everything else that we needed. Including the most important thing, Lots of advise. Al took alot of time and explained everything. This is definitely my favorite new store. I cant say enough about customer service.

Yes, Bill and Al do a fine job.

You can't go wrong there. Bill and Al have also helped me a ton. I took one of their classes and haven't looked back since.

I also had an awesome exp[erience there last year and have iced a lot of fish on the rod that I built with their help. They set me up with everything I needed and were very helpful answering questions. Fabulous customer service!
