Lakemaster Insight

I was disappointed to see the new Lakemaster Insight feature only works on Lowrance, since I'll be switching to Humminbird this year.

I wonder if Garmin has a Lakemaster insight Version. Garmin has had satellite and 3d imagery for about 4 years now. The problem was They didnt have mapping software for most inland lakes for their 3d imagery.

I tried looking it up and all could come up with was retailers that sold it.

I hope I'm not getting my hopes up as my gps/chartplotter has this capability and to give real time 3d imagery on the screen.

Didnt mean to hijack the thread, but I'm jassed over the possible news.

After further investigation Garmin does look like it has the Lakemaster insight and can be used in the Garmin Oregan and Dakota hand held GPS units as well. Awesome, Garmin is the way to go.
