help locking onto a Dish Network satellite

I decided to put a satellite on my wheel house this year, and have had no luck getting a satellite locked in. I had a hard time in the yard this fall but after a few night after work I did get it, but now out on the lake nothing at all, 0 out of 100. Everything is level and set to what it needs to be set at.

I start by going to sat. 110 on the receiver and then I slowly turn the dish from the west to 202 degrees south. I have an in-line signal finder, and the thing will show I'm up to 9 out of 10 with the gain up around 1/4 way, but the point dish screen, on the TV shows it hasn't even picked up any signal yet.

I did get satellite 91 to about 25% by accident once, so I know I have a good connection. The dish is a dual LNB and when I was in my yard this fall I could get the 119 channels fairly easy, it was the 110 channels I had a hard time with.

if you set the skew for 105-108 and use a compass you should get something i always get 110 first and 119 is just 2 degrees to the right and down a click on the scale on the mounting bracket, also make sure that your mounting bracket is level good luck when i set up my dish i use my mother in law and she yells nothing yet
