Trailer question

They make a plastic piece that has ridges that bolts or screws onto the trailer. This piece keeps the carbide from actually touching the trailer itself. So basically the ski sits on the ridges and the carbide sits in the groove. I think you could find this piece on dennis k site, otherwise I don't think it would be that hard to come up with something on your own. I think your trouble is that the carbide is digging into the plywood. Hope this helps.

head to your local menards, pick up 2 10 ft lengths of overhead door channel. I think thats what it was called... looks just like the runners they charge big bucks for. works slick!! Paid 10.00 per 10 ft length.
