Meyers Plow ?

Ryan_V

Question

I blew out a hydraulic line on my plow truck this morning. Great timing!!! Biggest snow in years, and on christmas!! anywho... my question is this...I'm going to have to replace the fluid I lost, which is quite a bit. How do I drain the system completely, and how much fluid do I need to purchase??? Thanks guys!!! much appreciated. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Tomorrow morning (Saturday) give Chris at PlowWorld a call.

763-434-6900.

He's a Meyer's dealer.

Either that, or check Meyer's HSOforum.

In the Boss plows, we run Synthetic Transmission oil, so if you can't find plow fluid, you could find some Amsoil Tranny fluid and put in there.

If I remember right, Northern Tool carries Meyers parts there too, so they may have some info as well.
