Warn winch problem....HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Was plowing today and the winch motor works but it doesn't engage.....On free spool or engaged, the cable pulls out. Warn winch, I think 1500lb. I'm not handiest person in the world, so don't get too technical on me:) Merry Christmas to all!!!

there is a plastic bushing inside of the winch. very easy to gett to by taking it apart. and best thing is if you email warn they will send them to you free. also when u take it apart put some extra grease inside the gear case.

Thanks for your help! Can the part be purchased at a local repair shop? Need to get the plow running!

Warn has a lifetime warranty so take it to your nearest warn dealer and they will send it in to get fixed free of charge and you will have it back within a few days!!
