MNmikew
Seems they want you to buy the whole thing when you only need a couple springs. Anyone know of someplace in the cities I can get a couple of these?
0 GoodToGo
I just ran into this, couldn't buy just the springs, had to buy a $40 clutch kit. I looked through the parts books and it looks like Eskimo might use the same clutch and they sell the springs separately for $1.35. I don't know for sure if it is the same clutch or springs, but it was worth a couple bucks to find out. I had to order the springs, but I'll let you know when I get them if they are the same. 0 IcePro
Did you check with D-Rock Service Center in New Brighton. If you do have the right tools to put on the new springs it is very difficult to replace the springs. It is much easier just to replace the whole clutch.
0 GoodToGo
The Eskimo springs are an exact replacement. I replaced both springs for $3.00. I ordered them through L&M Fleet Supply. They are stout little springs, I used a ratcheting internal snap ring pliers to spread them, and a pliers to squeeze the spring hook into the hole.
