LMITOUT
Buy the cheap ones. No difference. HDMI cables are the biggest racket of all time.
knoppers
I know when I bought my LCD, Best buy tried to get me to buy a $100 HDMI cable, I settled for the $10 Dynex one, and I don't notice anything different. Thats why I asked don't get me started on best buy, they are the biggest crooks.
Nick Kuhn
Yep, buy them as cheap as you can get them. With any digital signal it either works perfectly or it doesn't work at all. Your cell phone is a good example: if you are in a poor signal area you will sometimes hear parts of what they are saying perfectly and then nothing for other parts of their statement. There's no in between with digital.
echo2010
Plasma TVs have a higher "Burn in" incidence then LCDs.If you do a lot of Gaming on a plasma it is best you dont pause the games and use your "Burn in" Protection like your screen savers etc. Some experts even recommend using full screen settings to avoid the burn of the black bars that Wide Screen has
spearchucker
"Burn In" doesn't apply to LCD. I am partial to the Samsung LCDs. I have 2 and really am pleased.
