I just up graded our family cell phone plan and now I am having problems.

I have been with cellular one for years and with this new plan we switched over to the ATT sims and went with unlimited text, picture and video messaging with unlimited data plan for 4 phones.

I am having problems with picture and video with Verizon people not getting my picture and I am not receiving there pictures, and if I do get them they are like 6 hrs later and only half of the message will come in( not pic). Simple texting works fine. I called customer service and all I got is that it is not a problem with them but with Verizon.

I was under the impression that I would not have a problem communicating with any other carriers. Was I mislead?

Are other people having this problem?
