TurnUpTheFishing
Has anyone used it? Ive never seen it before is it new to the market? Its 100% fluorocarbon and reasonably priced at $5 a 100yd spool. It also is noticeably thinner diameter for the poundage rated. The 3# is thinner than the 2# Ive been using. Im gonna try one spool of 3# on the setup I used to use 2# on.If anyone has anything good to report I may just spool it up on a few other combos this year since my first choice Gamma is nearly impossible to find. rcatcherman
I fish all my spoons with braided line. I put a swivel clip on the end and use a 20 inch piece of triple fish for my shock absorber then a single clip to be able to change spoons. The pound for this I use 12. Now on my bobber presentation I use 10 or 8 pound. This line is very strong and reliable. I just use a double clinch not. Up at Arnesens Rocky point lodge I pulled a 49 inch northern thru the ice took picture and put it back. It put me in 2nd place with North American Fishing Club for big fish. Yes it is STRONG LINE. rcatcherman
My ice fishing 12 Lb.was at J.B.lures in winthrup, Mn. I dealt with the owner Tom. I believe he has a HSOforum. And at bass pro sells it for cheap. I'm not sure if I can mention store names or not but I believe alot of sponsors of this web site can sure give you some locations to go to.
