Navionics problem

Just put in a Navionics premium SD chip in my Lowrance Ifinder H2O. The chip does not show contours on Winnie or Cutfoot...just shaded areas. What am I doing wrong? There are three choices for maps of Northern Minnesota: NEMN, NMN, and NWMN...maybe I'm using the wrong selection..but it should show up on the NWMN map. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Open, zoom, and try each one. It took me a while to find the right areas on my Nav, chip the first time. If that doesn't work re-read you chip box to see if you got the right one for those lakes? I do find that I like the Lakemaster chip a bit better.

I know when i use the chip for my locater in the summer i look to see if the red lines are in the area, if they are i know im in the right area.

What do those lines/boxes represent? Are they different geographic data sets? If so, why wouldn't you just encompass all the data sets within one boundary instead of all those separate and overlapping boxes???
