ive seen a few youtube videos of guys ice fishing backwaters of the mississippi and catching some pretty decent pannies. as i dont generally keep fish anyways this is something that interests me. i guess what i need to ask is where exactly would you look for fishable ice? are there metro spots where anyone fishes thru the ice on the river.
