Apparently 13 or 14 Dozen Decoys were not enough today.

Elwood, Superduty, Nate Larson and I hunted Pelican today.

We put 13 or 14 dozen decoys in the water and killed 1 Drake Mallard.

We must not have had enough decoys.

Nate missed his chance at a Drake Goldeneye.

I almost ran out of gas in my boat.

Had lots of laughs.

Was a good way to end the season for me.

Thanks for brining up the drake golden eye! You were supposed to back me up.

Didn't see any of your decoys machohorn but a few from our spread drifted away. I think a guy could go around the edge of the lake and find 3 dozen or so if they wanted to.
