when hunting or fishing you cant think on how much $ you put towards equipment and what game or fish you get out of it; you have to think of the whole spectrum; spending time with family/friends, the amount of time you put into enjoying the outdoors; catching fish and taking game plays a small role of the whole spectrum.

and as for the jump in rooster limit; the biologists say that it would have no impact on total numbers for taking 2 more roosters a day especially in the long run, due to the fact that it only takes 1 rooster to breed up to 20 hens
