So I just got into duck hunting the last 2 years and this season has been terrible in the SW metro. I usally hunt public WPA's and you almost have to be lucky to even have anything come close enough to shoot with everyone sky busting. I did some extensive research and found a new hidden spot this weekend less then 5 miles from my house! All I heard about the ducks/geese not around this year was kind of getting to me but after Sat morning I know its all about location. I had the best hunting of my life and we got our limit within 4 hours with ducks/geese still coming in. Of course the season will be ending soon but am already excited for next year!
