Only in St. Louis County can you photograph Northern Hawk Owls and Yellow Rumped Warblers in the same week smile In my opinion anyway, and hey I live in a small world, it's called (my mind).

This image taken today near downtown Duluth. SonyA300, Tokina80-400mm, iso400, 1/320, manual exposure, manual focus, small crop, crawling on my stomach, USM. Comments and critiques always welcome.

Regards,

Shawn Zierman.

Nice job, its certainly is a different perspective to warblers. They usually aren't shot from down on the ground. How come you haven;t shared any of your hawk owl picture? You must have some good ones with the hawk owl vs gray jays I read about on MOU.

Sweet photo, Shawn.

You might extend your territory to include Lake and Cook counties, as well as Koochiching and Beltrami, for starters. Not to take away from this image. It's quite nice, with excellent light and composition. smilesmile
