Landowners in Rapid City area

Was wondering if any landowners within 60 miles or so of Rapid City area would be willing to grant my son and I permission to take a couple of does.

Will be in Rapid City for Thanksgiving week visiting the in-laws.

If you cant find any private ground it is pretty easy to find does in the National forest ground. We hunt the Custer limestone area and saw TONS of does last week.

Extra doe tags are available for 21B, 49A, 15A, 15B, 2A, and 2C.

Hmm, not sure, it is Custer county...I will try to look...

The Black Hills Nat'l forest is by draw only so tags can't be bought over the counter. Area 21A is sold out but 21B has 33. It won't be easy getting landowner permission. You could call the Rapid City GF&P, 605-394-2391 and see where they have leftovers in the surrounding counties and where Walk-In land is.
