duckbuster
I brought a bag of Bill decoys home this week to touch up the sides with white paint. I am planning on using some exterior white home paint that I used on the trim of the garage. Will this work on the plastic decoys? Do you foresee any problems with the paint? Any other suggestions? Thanks
Set n Hooks
It should work just fine to paint your decoys. I've painted decoys with plain 'ol acrylic hand paint, but what you have should work fine.
walleyeslammer
I would personally hit up the hardware store and grab a can of krylon fusion flat white spray paint. 1 can will do a ton of decoys and the stuff is specifically designed for plastic and works extremely well. duckbuster
Do they have this stuff in something other than a spray can? I would prefer to brush the paint on instead of spray.
Gordie
I would use flat paint when you are painting decoys simply so you dont get the shine or glare off of them. There are many kinds and brands of paint that you could use in either spray or brush on just read the labels and find which will work best for your application.
