Changing plugs on Yamaha f115

Is there any trick to changing the plugs out on a yamaha 115 Four stoke? I see there is a cover plate behind the plugs. Is there any gaskets or such that need to be replaced if that plate is removed? I thought I had changed plugs before but I must not have The motor has run great for the last 4 years for me. Lucky I guess.....

On winterizing the motor where is the bowl that collects water up by the front? I have never had a problem with winterizing but remember hearing something about a little area to drain out some water.

I dont believe there is a gasket there and the bowl you might be thinking of is part of the injection pump system located on the port side of the engine behind the intake manifold.

Just pull off the tall black cover and change out the plugs. No gaskets. I run only NKG's.

Ya I love mine as well. Starts up right away every time no matter how cold and can troll all day and is great on gas.
