I was hoping someone could relay me information about the gores pool WMA ( northern areas just south of hastings).

Does anyone know if Gores pool holds ruffed grouse, coyote, or fox.

The reason I'm asking is because from the maps i have looked at, it looks to be all back water from the Mississippi.

I know the info on the DNR site stated its a habitat for furbearing animals, but the DNR site also states that carlos avery is a good place to bear hunt. so I just wanted to check to see if anyone had more information on it.
