Suggestions for my dogs Paw

My dog was running around, and looks like he tore his middle paws on both back feet. He's limpin around now and I don't think its bad enough that he needs to go to the vet. Just wondering if there is a compound that I could use to hold it, Tuffskin or newskin ya think would work?

I will look at this product that i have called equi-phar Nitrofurazone. Its helps prevent infection as well as heal the area. If you look this product up its actually for horses. A vet gave this to me when I was in SD hunting and both my dogs had pretty bad cut up feet to the point they had a hard time walking around. How i applied it was liberally to their paw and covered with with little boys socks that you would dress a 1 or 2 yr old child in. tape up the socks around the dog so they dont come off and just keep and eye on it. It will be better in a few days! Not sure where you can find this product? call around im sure its somewhere??
