Shooting hours?

Im looking at the regs and it say shooting hours for ducks and geese are one-half hour before sunrise (except 9am on Oct. 3) to 4pm through saturday Oct. 10 and until sunset thereafter.

does this mean that tomorrow Oct 4th that we can start shooting a half hour before sunrise or do we still have to wait till 9am.

1/2 hour before sunrise tomorrow til 4pm. Don't forget to add or subtract the minutes for your location. Good Luck
