Hi ALL- Can you enlighten me on a good, cheap, easy to use GPS-primarily for fishing. Dont want to spend alot. Thx. in advance! 8-Ball

Do you want a permanent mount or a handheld? For handheld, I think Lowrance are really tough to beat.. Many like the H2O, I prefer the black and white version as it will run on batteries longer than the color. It really depends on if you are going to use the unit ice fishing as well.. where a hand held will be needed.

Well then in that case, i would go back to my first post.. The Lowrance h2o is very popular with people. I have the ifinder pro and love it. Supposedly its the same software, but in black and white and is only water resistant, not water proof like the h2o.

The H2O is a good unit for the money.
