New Camera

I'm looking to purchase a new digital camera with audio/video. Used mainly for fishing and wildlife photography. I don't want to spend more than 250 dollars. I have been looking around but dont really know where to start. I have been looking at the panasonic lumix. Any ideas on what I should get??

Shaun, the Lumix is an excellent series of cameras. Stick any of the major point-and-shoot brands within your budget, and you can't really make a bad decision. They're all good.

I have a Fuji S700. I really like it and you can shoot video with it. Was around $220.00 plus the memory card (price varies with size of memory.) I have to admit that I didn't really look into other options; it was more of a impulse purchase before Christmas a couple of years ago. Got it at the biggest of big box stores.
