Putting the fish in the livewell or on ice

tvfish. We stay at gold pine camp outside red lake on the NW side. Were we fish depends on the time of year, in the spring we can stay very close to the resort and catch all the fish you would want but we still venture out to mackinze, steamboat etc.

I have only been going with the group the last few years but one member has been going there for over 30. Yes very good fishing!

The real advantage of ice is the fillets are very solid (not frozen)so they fillet easy and skin easy.

we always do ice, plus they are nice and cold when we fillet them now warm and dead
